A bit of an after-the-fact VCR Alert, but while channel surfing yesterday I stumbled across the PBS literary discussion show "Between The Lines" hosted by Barry Kibrick (which appears on many different PBS stations and each episode gets broadcast several times). The episode I happened across yesterday (episode #1118) featured environmental attorney/activist Erin Brockovich (whom most will know as the inspiration for the Julia Roberts movie of the same name).

Ms. Brockovich is fairly well-known for her appearance, including her ample bosom (implanted I assume, though I'm not sure), blonde hair and preference for figure-flattering attire (I've attached a google image of her to this post... that's her impressing in red... it's not from the "Between The Lines" appearance since I couldn't find one from that). Anyway, she's probably at least in her late 40s and looks pretty damn nice, even if your tastes don't normally run towards middle-aged MILFy blondes, let alone ones articulately promoting their latest book.

On the interview show, she was sporting a tight-fitting, long sleeved, light grey knit dress (?) which really showed off her ample (by PBS standards) bosom and the contrast between it and her otherwise slender frame. The fairly thin material was stretched tightly across her chest, resulting in those horizontal creases some folks enjoy so much. She was also wearing glasses with heavy frames and while her face isn't that of a teenager, she's really quite attractive, looking for all the world like a 40-something adult model/performer. I can't help but wonder (a bit) as to whether she's had any work done on her face... her lips didn't look as thin as they might on a woman of her age. Regardless of what, if any, work she's had done above or below the neckline, suffice it to say that though I continued channel surfing, I did pause (more than once ) during each circle round the channels to admire her.

I recently found a 7-minute segment on VHS tape from Dateline (probably from about a decade ago) with Erin Brockovich; been debating as to whether or not I should convert it to DVD.  A quick YouTube check didn't turn up the clip, so I might if there's interest (and if I can get some pointers on how to put DVD clips up on YouTube).

Hey, you might as well! The cameo of Ms. Brockovich in the film devoted to her was much too short to get a proper appreciation of her chestal charms.

OK, I'm in the process of putting several videos (including the Erin Brockovich one) onto DVD from my VHS tapes.  It'll be a while before I can finish with that, but in the meantime I definitely need tech help on how to edit/manipulate/upload DVD files to the Net (presumably something like DailyMotion or YouTube).  If anyone has any pointers, send a PM my way (or maybe I'll make a thread over in the Computer subforum).  In any case, I'll be sure to make a post when/where the vids are available (assuming that doing so doesn't violate Forum rules).  To keep this post moderately on-topic, I'll mention that among the shorter clips are:

*The aforementioned Brockovich video, where Dateline interviews her about a lawsuit from her ex-husband
*A Hard Copy segment on Danni Ashe's business achievements (from Feb 1999)
*A 48 Hours segment on business entrepreneurs focusing on sex & physiques; Danni Ashe is there briefly, but there's also an extended piece on Shoshanna Lohnstein and her fashion line for buxom ladies (from Apr 1999)
*A Man Show appearance by Danni Ashe
*A Man Show appearance by Busty Heart

I recall seeing several stories on Danni Ashe and her success on the net around 10 or so years ago.Like you mentioned,Hard Copy and I believe Inside Edition and shows like that.

I'd actually suggest a file hosting site (Mediafire, etc...) rather than a video site like Youtube or Dailymotion. For one thing, with a file host you can share the file with original quality automatically, rather than risk it being converted to FLV or something at a video site (there are ways around that of course). Also, unless you want to share the clips with the entire planet, using a host means only those with whom you share a direct link are likely to find/get the clips, especially if the filenames you use aren't overly specific (this also aids longevity/retention... avoid putting the source show name in the filename, etc...).

Just suggestions... it goes without saying that we'll appreciate your effort no matter what methodology you use.

There was a short story,about 2 or 3 minutes long,on tonight's Entertainment Tonight show on the porn industry.Asa Akira was one of the actresses interviewed.I didn't recognize or catch the name of the two actresses that were beside her.
The Hollywood Reporter is apparently doing a story on the industry.
Added bonus is the hottest entertainment reporter Nancy O'Dell is introducing the segment.She must be happy to get away from that annoying Billy Bush.

Well, good news and bad news...I've created 3 DVDs with an assortment of videos.  I started back in October before Sandy hit, so among the videos (and in addition to the ones I've mentioned previously) are:

*Black Scorpion, the two movies and some episodes of the short-lived series by Roger Corman and with a fair display of cleavage.
*Elvira's first movie, plus a few other seasonal TV appearances she's made
*Clips from Maury, Sally Jesse Raphael, and Jenny Jones
*Ads featuring busty ladies/models

That's the good news...the bad news is that I have no idea how to get this content online.  I used a VCR-to-DVD device to set up the titles/chapters of the videos and format the discs, and they play fine on the device and on my computer.  But when I go to look at the actual files on the DVD, there are just these giant VOB files that aren't split up in the same way.  If anyone has any advice or is willing to help, I'd appreciate a PM to work on sorting this out.  In the meantime, I'll create a post over in the Computer forum in the hopes of finding additional ideas on what to do; if something transpires and I get this stuff online, I'll be sure to mention it here.

One problem, though... if you're able to find a host for the stuff you've ripped, the BEA won't be able to allow you to offer whole Black Scorpion movies/episodes or the first Elvira movie here, because offering an entire show or movie violates the forum rule that reads:

      Do not post, offer, or solicit any of the following types of content:
         • Excessive quantities of copyrighted content, or any prohibited content.

You can post short representative segments of those shows and movies, but when you publish an entire movie/video/album/whatever that's owned by somebody else, that's considered piracy.

Oh, that's why I'm unhappy with how the files on the disc came out.  While I've got the complete videos on the disc, I was figuring on putting up choice "chapter" segments...but with these VOB files there's no separation between those or even the different programs, so I have to find some way to do that now.  When creating the disc, I went to the trouble of setting up the chapter separations so that I wouldn't have to do all that, so I'm disappointed that I can't just upload the pieces I want right away...there's yet more work to do.
