I'm with Bonecracker and Solvegas, unless I missed something, all LDW did was point out a rule violation and claim that her content was more fun than the linked video. That sounds like a compliment to me. It seems to me she either misunderstood him and/or overreacted a bit.

Pal clarifies: LDW has a history of warnings/violations/second chances/temp bans so long that it's necessary to use the scroll bar to view them all. Anyone with THAT kind of record and even just the common sense God gave dirt should THINK about their actions BEFORE they post. He DIDN'T (again) and instead of PMing any mod privately about a rule infraction so we could deal with it in a non-confrontational manner, he stayed true to form and made yet another public post sans ANY consideration for who ELSE his post might affect (in this case, *everyone* else). Thus, given his dismal record, he earned these consequences... this temp ban will be his last as he's officially all out of second chances. Personally, I don't think that he *meant* to cause trouble here, any more than I think he *meant* to intentionally violate the BEA Owner's rules so many times before... however, we're all adults here responsible for our own actions and even if his stem from carelessness or thoughtlessness, he's still going to be held accountable for them.

Thank God. The thought of losing you is unbearable. Having RandomX and notty return was a Godsend. You sticking around makes coming to this forum worthwhile.

AGAIN: once a post is made, it is PUBLIC PROPERTY... we DO NOT remove posts, let alone entire threads, due to poster's remorse, or because someone suddenly decides they no longer want to leave a 'trail' online. It's simply not practical: for us to do so would render the forums a chaotic mess (and make so much work we'd need a paid staff and thus the forum couldn't be free). NO ONE USER "OWNS" a thread, whether they initiated it, contributed to it, or even if the thread is primarily about them: it is PUBLIC property and if a user chooses to make a post and then chooses not to edit or delete their post within 24 hours (as all are allowed to do) THAT'S IT: it's public/permanent.

So, please stop asking. In order to register here, users must be adults and adults are responsible for their own decisions, including making public posts on the internet. I'm going to lock this thread for now... it may be unlocked at some point in the future if necessary.
