it seems her reasoning is the same you would get from most people pursuing this dreaded procedure: physical pain, unwanted attention, perceived bias from others. i'm really hoping she decides against it
but she gives a beautiful physical description: 5'1'' with 12lbs dangling around her neck

I hope she accepts that the surgery could be the end of her modeling career, and doesn't do an LDM.

She'd still be hot and model-worthy with B cups, but then she'd be leaving an established position in the slim n' stacked niche to compete in a different market space with 50 times as many non-busty hot women, so modeling opportunities will be much harder to come by.

Out of most people who have been in a similar situation, she seems quite likely to succeed if she goes through with it... she actually has a talent for modeling.

She wasn't modeling nude or topless anyway (other than with her arms covering her boobs), so the scars won't be a problem.

But yes, the non-busty modeling world is packed with so many more hot girls that her chances are bleak in that space.  Although with a few more large tattoos, she could be successful in a new niche.

Totally. There are plenty of busty models, but only a handful with lots of charisma, creativity, and a good sense of artistry. I'm not saying she'd have to be a strictly bust-centered model, but the combination of her shape, looks, and personality works really well for her.

Oh, and reposting my image--on the right side of the law this time.
