I suspect the answer can be found in this photo of Queen Elizabeth II meeting Raquel Welch, Ursula Andress, and Woody Allen.  I don't know why, but it's a cool photo that gives me hope.

So I was playing a card game with some friends at game night .. game was called Innovation .. each card had special rules on them ... and halfway through the game the female across from me asked 'what does that card do?' ... getting up and leaning over the table to look .... displaying her low front shirt ...
