The only problem is that is supposed to loop, I broke that when I down sized it 10% to be able to attach it.

The reduced GIF looks good here, but I'm having the same non-looping problem you are. Reloading the page didn't help.
I plan to render it again at 180x180. Perhaps that will help.
Any other suggestions to make it better?

Nice to see you posting here again!, both your uploads work perfectly fine! I blame the program I used to resize the original for breaking the loop.
