I do weekly fills of either 340cc and/or 408cc each. It just depends on how the girls are feeling.   I'm going to have to reduce that amount because I'm starting to get stretch marks on the back sides of my boobs.  I'm not sure if that's from filling too much or if it's from the weight.  My doctor said I can fill quite a bit, but just don't do it till it hurts.

Hm. From the weight the stretch marks I would expect in the area of the collar bone to the top of the boobs, because this is where the skin thins most because the most forces apply - I read.

I don't mind sharing.  It was sharing that helped me get here. Oh, and I am getting some stretch marks on the tops too.
 I use a 27 gauge butterfly needle infusion set, you can see it in a picture I posted on another thread.  I fill them at home with the help of a friend.  I'm having to switch to a 25 gauge needle cause they are longer and the smaller needles are not reaching the ports anymore and were just putting saline under my skin.  As my boobs have gotten bigger my ports are getting enveloped by them and are going underneath my expanders so I'm needing the longer needles to reach them.   You can see in my filling pic that the ports are already in my breast fold. The problem with using bigger needles is that they do more damage to the ports. So, I'm probably going to spring a port leak.    Expanders are so fragile.  It looks like my filling days are over tho, because I can barely feel the ports anymore, which is a good thing because I'm sure I've over done it.  The fills are SO addictive because they are SO ORGASMIC, then you add boobie greed and you end up with INSANELY huge tits like mine!  What have I done?!!!    I've thought about drawing some of the saline out of each expander, but my skin has already made room for them...

I think you will adjust to the size give it a bit time. On the other hand I do not know how long it takes when skin is streched until irreversible damage is done. What does your doc say?

My Doctor knows I wanted to go to 6000cc, but I got carried away...  They are so addictive

Please be very carefull, you already overfilled your expanders further then any woman i know about.  

Trust me, I am very scared now.  I thought these could go at least 5x their rated size like Dr. Pousti is doing with 800cc regular salines, but everyone seems to think not.   I wish I could find implants to swap these out for. I love them, but I'm afraid they are going to blow any minute now...   Like I said, I'm SO STUPID!

And no don't think like that. Don't be scared. But about the skin question you should talk about this to your doc. For the rest you can't do much then wait and see how the expanders and filing ports react.

I write her and send her pictures each month and she always says they are looking AWESOME!!!, and to keep doing my weekly fills so I don't get capsular contracture.  I did mention to her, in my last letter, that I am starting to lose my ports, but I haven't heard back from her yet.  She warned me not to message my breasts yet cause that could displace the ports.  I haven't messaged them, but their sheer size is starting to cover my ports and make them inaccessible.  Oh, I haven't told her how many CCs they are now.  She might get mad about that.  She thinks I'm only doing 200cc a week.  But, she said do whatever amount feels comfortable...

A lot of people do their own fills.  It just depends on how confident your doctor is in you and your helper.  My doctor is out of state so she showed me and my friend how to do it.  My stretch marks fade pretty quickly and are small, so I don't mind them to much.  I just don't want my boobs to explode.   A guy friend of mine that loves big boobs said stretch marks on super giant boobs are super sexy anyway, so not to worry cause they just show how heavy they are.  He’s so sweet

Ample Ann, you are our role model!  My wife and I have been in the market for larger boobs for quite some time as you well know, the majority of surgeons are not used to larger breasted women (38G) wanting larger breasts. Reading about your expansive journey has given us hope!  As a side note, 7296!  Wow!  Just how large were you in the photos that you posted?  My wife thought that you were her ideal size at that point in time, but luckily, she's been thinking larger lately.

I was around 5000cc in each breast in those photos.  I started with large natural breasts too. And yes, most doctors told me I would have to have a breast reduction before they could put the largest off the shelf implants in me.  I told them to take their little 800cc implants and shove them.

Ann, do you have a fill up log or something similar? I'm kind of a boob stat geek. I would love to know how long it took you to go to this size.  

I do have a log, my doctor made it for me, and it's very important cause you can get lost very easily.  I started filling, at home, back at the begining of May, one month after my surgery.  During my surgery my doctor filled me to 1000cc in each breast and then had my partner fill me an extra 100cc in each breast the day after my surgery when she was showing us how to fill them ourselves.  If you do the math since then, you will see that I have been doing fills ranging between 200 to 408ccs weekly.  I use 60cc syringes overfilled to about 68cc.
