I saw this too and had an opposite reaction: the blonde who got the implants was really only fairly average looking and wound up with a stereotypical 'hard round' implanted chest that made her look like every other such gal you see in photos of Vegas hotel pool parties. She rationalized her desire to get implants because she was too 'hippy' but IMO, the B-cups she had before surgery looked fine... she wasn't bottom heavy by any stretch of the imagination. And yes, I know lots of guys dig that 'fake sphere' look a lot.

The other girl they profiled had breast reduction surgery: she was a pretty, slightly thick brunette with a great natural rack (DDD they said). Frankly, I thought her 'before' look was awesome (big surprise, I know)... it lent her the contrast between her chest and not-quite-slender waist. They reportedly took about a pound and a quarter of tissue out of each breast... 2.5 lbs. total. She looked OK afterwards, but not as nice as she did before (again JMHO). I also can't help but be a bit skeptical that removing a mere 2.5 lbs. of tissue magically cured her of the 'excruciating' pain in her back and shoulders. Her relief probably had more to do with her memories of being teased in high school (she wasn't really that big-busted... merely pleasantly plush).
