OK I will take another shot at this WRT the 19YO "virgin"

I will be less explict and just use the term "teenage female" which that 19YO actually still is.

Something that has come along with the increasing "popularity" of "abstinence only education" and the fad of "promise rings" which were linked, quited linked, to the point that they were given out in AOE "graduation cermonies as presents or a form of "graduation certificate" The "promise" being the  female "ring wearer" is going to remain a virgin until she get married. Well that has led to "I'm  virgin" not meaning what it did back in the day, the 70's or 80's when it was synonomous for "I have not had sex" now it simply means they have not done that one particular thing. Everything else including sometimes anal is "on the menu" a menu that in some cases is served on pretty regular basis.

Now if you ask the guys involved about 95% of them would say they are "having sex" especially if they are getting anal and less tehan 10% of them would still call themselves "virgins"

Bill Marher did a bit on this for "new rules" a year or so ago saying that now the result AOE is that guys are getting from these "good girl virgins" the two things that "good girls" formerly never did wheter they were virgins or not.
