As such, there would appear to be no grounds for anyone to claim ownership (let alone control) over them once they're in the public domain, which as you probably know, cannot be applied retroactively. Further, while you're welcome to ask users to contact you, please understand that they're not obligated to do so, since only the terms of their User Agreement (that they, you and I all signed to register here) governs their participation.

Should you in the future wish to have some copyrighted material removed, you're welcome to contact any moderator here directly, at which point you will be asked to provide proof of identity/and that you are the copyright owner or their legally appointed representative, since 'third-party' requests can not be accepted (as is outlined in the User Agreement and associated FAQ). This is a part of the BEA Owner's policy, just like the "1-1-1" rule and other rules that are intended to strike a reasonable balance between fair use and the IP rights of content creators. There are a multitude of options. It depends on what one wants to be rich and famous for. Some are more difficult than others and how famous is famous, how rich is rich? Even a fashion advice column/show can take off to some degree of fame and fortune as that 'what not to wear' show proved.
