This is from a polar bear plunge event in Milwaukee in jan.2009.I found 4 pictures but only 2 show her breasts.
The pics go to a flikr page.There is a post with a link to a story that someone posted about this woman was getting married but when I clicked on it,it did not show what this guy was posting about.

I had done some searching last night and found the same reference that there was a local news article about them but the link doesn't work any more.  Another picture.

Maybe it's just a matter of her hair and makeup, along with her relatively demure bathing shorts (oh, how I do like plaid! ) but she's got this great overall 1940s look to her, as well as a truly delightful figure. Hope we see more of her, with or without an ID.
