Ack, sentiment makes the decision so difficult.  While one was my puberty's constant companion - especially on those Playboy Playmate Playoffs videos, I have to re-focus that this is about the breasts.

September gets my vote due to larger boobs (at their peak, anyway), LEGENDARY nipples, and nice areolae.  The calendar may say July, but I'm all about September right now.
