I'll second that, unless Miss Britt's PS has some kind of backchannel with some non-US manufacturer of large implants that I don't know about... the biggest implants out there are 800's and 800cc 'expanders'.
The 'expanders' 800cc rating comes with a big 'nudge nudge, wink wink SAY NO MORE!" attached on account of them being regularly filled to over 3000ccs with no risk to the implants. They are an end-run around the ban and everyone knows it. I have been told by a PS that the reason the ban is still there is that there simply is not enough demand on implants over 800ccs since the expanders cover it mostly.
I have heard of 'clinical trials' of large, non-expander implants over 800ccs but my PS said that she has no interest in being anyone's Gamma Tester or using unproven tech of any kind. She also says that they'd sell so few 'normal' implants over 800ccs that the R&D on them may not be worth the $. Whatever else is the case, I think Miss Britt looks TOTALLY tripendicular and it is so terrific to see her smiling and so happy with the new additions!
