Hard to believe
It is always the girls that had tiny tits that want big boobs after years of pent up boob envy. With the evolution of expanders being long term rather than temporary, this has obviously opened up whole new possibilities. Previously, over half of all girls getting implants said post operatively that they wish they had gone bigger; with expanders, there is no need for second guessing, just inject more saline. And this ability has led us today to finding more and more girls that are not satisfied to have just big implants, they want to expand further, past all the 90s 3000cc models and into sizes previously unobtainable.
The thing is, you have to live with these huge boobs every day, 24 hours a day, which is why, if you didn't love to experience all those big boob problems, you downgraded after the implants served their purpose. We look at Foxy and if only she knew she was going to experience boobie greed, she could have been where she is today with just two surgeries, but she didn't know she would ever love having boobs so huge and still want to go bigger. I think it is quite obvious at this point that as you expand your boobs bigger and bigger, the increasing "problems" are more like levels of achievement, each new one exciting to experience; anyone following Beshine can see how surprised and excited she was with each new "problem," that she now terms as "adventures" because she doesn't want anyone to think she looks at them as problems. The girls that go down this path, in my humble opinion, are going it more for personal satisfaction than public image, thus, 10 or even 20 years down the road, they are far less likely to want to downsize; they love their huge boobs and all the big boobie adventures that they create.
