Definitely happy for Brittany; she loves huge boobs and it is almost a crime not to fill her already expanded breasts.  I have no idea what problem prompted the need to reduce her volume, draining close to 2000cc from her implants, but hopefully whatever this surgery seeks to address will allow her to have the boobs of her dreams.

I'm betting that much of the underboob crease will be gone as her boobs once again project further.  As boobs reach beyond D cup, they become increasingly more difficult to deal with on a variety of fronts, but when a girl loves having big boobs so much that she embraces and desires experiencing all her big boob problems, having the boobs of her dreams is very important in her self-confidence and happiness.  Brittany will be smiling bigger than ever if all goes well and it is hard to imagine that she would not once again have plans to go bigger.
