I absolutely agree that the medical community has a one mindset approach to anything larger than a D cup, often ignoring obvious alternatives that represent less scarring and surgery. Hollywood and the media are also onboard with the small size fits all narrative as well as other bizarre stances; you can choose to surgically change your sex, but don't think about having breast implants past 800cc. Where is the freedom or logic in that?
To Sol's point that we are all sexual beings; there is always a desire in most to look attractive to the opposite sex; it is a multibillion dollar industry in this country alone and shared round the world. Breast implants are the most popular option with something like over a half million performed every year in this country, let alone how many worldwide; at no less than $6000, it is an expensive option yet seen as most to be the most vital; they shout female. When you actually look at pictures of Pamela Anderson and her 1000cc implants, despite being very short, she is not absurdly large breasted as the media portrayed her to be in often demeaning ways. On a 5'10" model, her implants would resemble D cups on a short girl.
The primary difference between gigantomastia and expander implants, beyond shape, is choice, however, one must also consider the other ramifications. We have all seen the granny ball in the sock effect and the unappealing nature, which is why, in Europe, they have an inexpensive internal bra for natural breasts. This also allows the girl to go braless and removes the heavy weight of bra straps cutting into the shoulders. It comes as no surprise to me that this rather simple surgery is still not yet approved in this country. One of the primary complaints of large natural breasts is back pain. While poor posture is the most likely source, past a certain point, it is impossible to do as Beshine does and stand overtly upright, even swayback, to offset and balance the weight. She can achieve this because of the shape and height of her breasts. If you have ever carried something heavy over any distance, other than putting it on a shoulder and leaning slightly to the opposite side for balance, it is only natural to cradle it in your arms, hold it high on your chest and lean backwards. Doing this avoids the back strain; it is all about maintaining the vertical balance.
This all leads to one inescapable conclusion; as the weight of the breasts increases, it becomes increasingly necessary to have that weight in a position that makes carrying it less a burden. If that weight is primarily at waist level, it is not possible to simply bend backwards and offset the pulling on the back; you need the weight higher than the lumbar regions. So as the weight increases, so does the necessity to dictate the shape.
I find it very interesting that Beshine, unlike all others, has her sideboobs wrapping around her sides. From the start, despite her implants being seriously underfilled, her sideboobs were always wide apart and viewed from the front, there was a huge gap between her breasts. It seemed to defy the implants being in the breast pocket and facing forward as is normal, and more like they were placed at a 45° angle to each side. Bear with me and think about this, while we see the areola on others go increasingly toward the sides as the implants are filled, a natural result as the balloons are filled, Beshine's remain essentially pointing in the same direction they started and if anything, have actually become more centered over time. When you see a picture of her lying on her back, boobs pointing skyward, the areola are now actually toward the middle in reference to the globe entirely. Where her implants actually placed more to the sides in anticipation of their eventual size? Did an internal bra have this influence? I don't know, however, other than size, the symmetry and wrapping around the sides departs from all others, suggesting they were offset.
But the bottom line remains choice. I have often thought of one thing; thought Ms Muse likes the huge natural teardrop shape, she is a L cup. What does that mean? Unlike Beshine, who started as an A cup and had to gradually stretch her breast skin to 3000cc level to be able to have space for her current expanders, Ms Muse already has that 3000cc space. Given the same resources Beshine had at such and early age, Ms Muse could have had Beshine size expanders. Would this give her the desired teardrop? No, but she would have huge round breasts that are far more easily managed and she may likely be even bigger than Beshine today if she acted in close to the same timeframe. Far be it for me to suggest that Ms Muse would be happy with huge round Beshine like boobs wrapping around her chest, but it is just something to think about.
