Having spent a lot of time in Second LIfe, I know that a lot of the breast form you can buy are mostly "balloony" in shape.  However, there are a couple you should look into.  The first is made by Hemi Violet of Violet Studios and are called Vstrings.  She has two styles, the Silicone Revolutions and the Heliums, both which offer three breast shapes and one of which is called the DongDong shape which has a more naturally pendulous, tear-drop shape.  These are mesh breast forms and cost L1000.  I use both the Revolutions, which are "smaller" and the Heliums and am quite happy with them.

The other one you might look into is called Saggies by Tiny Things.  Though not as well constructed as the VStrings, they do have a very nice shape.

As with all things in Second LIfe, these breast forms are complex and require lots of experimentation to get them where you like them, but since they are mesh, they can be shaped with the avatar editing menu.

Sexy Venera was a very popular model in Score magazine and here at the BEA when she first appeared but unfortunately had to get a breast reduction due to health concerns. She still does cam shows. Now, I realize this photo might be a little too large for Lady Llelwyn and I hope she forgives me but I find it so exciting because it involves giant tear drop shaped breasts and lactation. I know they go below the knees but then Venera is only 5' 1" tall so I guess it can't be helped.

Yes, Solvegas, I remember Venera when I first saw pictures of her.  A beautiful lady with an amazing figure.  She became a favorite of CaptainNemo and he did many a morph of her.  Here is one.

Great work Cebe but I wonder if Lady Llelwyn will like it. If she stands up and her breasts don't droop below her knees, I'm sure it is OK. As for me, I found this from Sirstuff DA site and I believe she will be OK since her breasts are firm without being, using Lady Llelwyn's word, " balloony ".

Deviant artist Onizukakawashima posted a most curious medical case of a young woman who developed virginal breast hypertrophy during a treatment that used the drug Pednisolone.  Here is a link to the picture:

And here is a short paraphrased synopsis of the case:

A 17 year-old girl with pednisolone-induced gigantomastia.  Breast growth occurred over 14 months until each breast weighed approximately 10 pounds each and began after two months of prednisolone treatment for diffuse joint pain, malar rash, skin rash, chest pain, digital swelling, and Raynaud's phenomena.  She was given 16 mg of oral prednisolone twice daily for eight months then tapered to 10 mg daily for another six months.  Drug-induced mammary hypertrophy has been reported with other drugs such as neothetazone, cyclosporine, D-penicillamine, bucillamine, and propylthiouracil.  There was no evidence of in-situ or invasive malignancy, lymphoma, or vasculitis.  The patient was "managed" surgically with bi-lateral mammoplasty and a free nipple-areola graft which resulted in visible scarring.  A total of 18 pounds of tissue was removed.

I have always suspected that there could be drug agents that would set off breast growth, and now here is proof.   As of now, it is a rare side-effect of a certain class of steroid drugs, but with more intensive research and clinical trials, it is very possible that a slow-growth process could be created and women in the future would have an option to breast implants.  Women could grow their own breasts to whatever size they wished!

Of course, the medical community thinks that huge breasts are a disease and always want to cut them off, but maybe that would change if drug companies saw they could make millions of dollars if such a treatment were available to women.

but I do NOT recommend people take prednisolone to try to replicate this. That girl's biology was kind of unique regarding breast growth and that medication. There are some more reliable (but far less dramatic) breast growth possibilities though, by other means.
Prolonged prednisolone use can have some pretty undesirable side effects.
