Indeed, she looks to be a girl I would love to take home to meet mom; A beautiful blonde who knows how to dress well while not opposed to showing a little cleavage.  I am quite certain I would have a big smile on my face as she sits next to me on the sofa, her huge and heavy right breast resting in my lap, filling it entirely from my shoulders down to my knees, as her left breast rests partially on her lap, yet still managing to occupy a foot of sofa on that side.  "Mom, this is the girl of my dreams.  Yes, she has a bit of a breast obsession, however, we believe we can satisfy it with another 10 gallons or so in each breast.  And yes, we know that walking will be a problem, but it is a problem we will face together."

This is a great morph by Cebe which fits in this thread. The incomparable Beshine with an even larger bust is Bombayduk's favorite type since the breasts are higher up on the torso and the breasts are rounder than most of the models involved. As for me, I just like them to be huge.

Well done, CeBe, on a lovely side view of Beshine.  I like the realism of the stretched ligaments and muscles at the sides of her breasts because it shows how the increased weight has some consquences.  Some might find that look is not the "ideal" perfect look, but I quite admire your skill to present not only the beauty of very large bosoms, but their "problems"... which I do not really consider problems so much as how the breasts get re-shaped because of how heavy they are.  If I had that size for myself, I would be proud of them and any "imperfections" they might have.

I think that is why I like to collect pictures of real women with breast hypertrophy.  For many, their breasts are not shaped in an ideal manner, but they are beautiful to me.

Here is a lovely Togo girl (Togo is between Ghana and Benin in West Africa) with Juvenile Breast Hypertropy whose growth occured over a six months period.  Her body weight went from 70 to 132 pounds.  Her nipple placement was below her hip joint at the time of this photograph.  Tests showed that she has no signs of hormonal, tissue or tumor adnormalites.  Her breasts are perfectly normal except for their size.  I'm sorry I don't have a link for this photo.  It is from a collection on my computer.  I believe I got it from one of the people I was following on Tumblr - when Tumblr was fun.  As you can see in the picture, there are some stresses and stretched skin and muscles, but overall, she seems to be handling it okay and her breasts are quite beautifully shaped.
