I would say that there is a considerable drop to the Keisha/Maxi level and like you said, the only ones approaching or exceeding 10,000cc remain Foxy, Chelsea, and Beshine. One has to have a special attitude or purpose to want boobs so huge., as Foxy recently said that "my look isn't for everyone" and that "I'm perfectly fine with living with this look," When you actively seek huge boobs via large or custom made expander implants, it is not without ramifications, as Foxy has been finding out the past few years; the bigger she makes her boobs, the more difficult simple tasks become and you have to embrace the abnormal ways you must now address those tasks. When your mind says "I have to to it this way now because my boobies are so huge," it is like repeatedly receiving rewards for having such huge boobs. I think Foxy has entered this frame of mind now, the more she is incorporating her boobs into aspects of her life she would not have dreamed even a year or so ago, signals that are not a prop, but she loves the influence they are having on her daily private life.
Before the end of this year, and for safety sake, I would think Foxy will want much larger expanders. I say much larger because there would be no sense in taking the largest commercial expander, 3000cc, and immediately filling it past the designed volume; it would be just inviting eventual failure; if she is going to do this, she must do it right.
