Foxy talked again in an OF video about badly she wants to get bigger, but how stuck she is. She's really debated risking another fill or two, but also is trying to be really careful. Because nobody is making the shells she needs, if anything happens she'd have no choice but to super downsize. She mentioned not really even being able to consider getting other work done, like a lift, because that would require her to downsize and replace the shells, and she wouldn't be able to get back to her current size.
She mentioned in another video that she has a surgeon willing to do the work she needs, it mainly just comes down to the shells. It's killing her that she can't fill, because her skin has a lot of extra room right now. She said her skin could probably take another 1k right now, it's just the shell that's the problem. It sounds like the longer she goes without being able to fill, the stronger the boobie greed is getting.
I think at this point she really will try and fill soon then even if she risks bursting her implants.
2k expanders filled to 10x is already pressing her luck IMHO; it is just a matter of time. While Foxy probably understands this, it may not be what she wants to hear. All implants have a certain inherent risk of rupture due to accidents, the thinner the shell is stretched, the more likely. When you are looking for something to be permanent, planning ahead is very important.
It is great that she has found a surgeon willing to do the work; last I talked to her, that was a problem. She may have not liked what I had to say, but maintaining 10k post surgical posed a huge problem IMHO, the incision needs time to heal before additional weight is applied to avoid wound dehiscence. When there is a higher risk, often time a pigskin lattice is incorporated to strengthen the incision; this is also the basis of the 'internal bra', another thing Foxy has said she wants; using braided suture and anchored to bone, it assures not only that the implant stays in place, but also eliminates the necessity to wear a support bra to avoid stretching and sagging skin. Though Beshine has not specifically said she has one, she has said that she does not need a bra for support, which means her implants are supported internally. Foxy needs this.
The way I see it, the smart plan is also a expensive plan. Foxy needs implants with shells think enough to lessen the risk of rupture, meaning not the typical expander thickness, but regular implant thickness, which means, like Beshine, she has to find a company willing to make her such custom implants that are more akin to regular saline implants than the typical expanders. That will be one expense, the other will be the internal bra; pigskin lattice is very expensive and will usually almost double the price of a breast augmentation and bigger implants will need more than the average amount of lattice to support the entire underside of the breast.
And the bottom line is that Foxy, like Beshine, has to be willing to take a step back; incisions need time to heal before being stressed. Go back and read Beshine's thread; she announced in like Dec 2008 that she had found a company to make the custom implants she wanted and in July 2009, they were inserted along with her internal support. However, read further; they were inserted empty and she did not get her first fill until 4 months later, in Nov, 1700cc each, this despite the fact that she had already expanded her old expanders past their 3000cc design. IMHO, anything beyond exhibiting patience just increases the risk of total failure. But after healing, Foxy could rapidly expand, possibly well beyond her current 10k - remember, Beshine went from 1700cc to 10k in the following 15 months and her breasts had only previously been stretched to 3k+ - Foxy may be sitting on enough stretched skin to quickly hit 12k and beyond.
Doing it right will be expensive and require some initial patience IMHO, but if Foxy wants a lifetime of absolutely huge boobs (and I believe she does) she should probably try to get shells made of standard thickness with a remote port, designed to hold 20k or whatever. That way, when she gets there, the shells will not be stretched to a compromised degree, but safer. I have long been speculating that because Beshine's breasts took so long to even take on any semblance of round, this is exactly what she likely did, and even playing it safe, Foxy could likely hit 20k by 5 or 6 years post op. With breasts high on her chest and without bra straps, I believe she will find that, though heavy, she could actually be more comfortable. And just imagine all the 'massive boobie adventures' awaiting her daily.
