Possibly because a lot of folks just aren't satisfied with anything less than topless/nude. Like mild/clothed photos just don't do it for them (no imagination, in my opinion). For lack of a better term, they find the content "boring". Yet those same people would often demand more after a model goes topless... now they want them to do sexual material. Just no pleasing some folks I guess. Since Anveshi is a "mainstream" actress, it might be detrimental to her career to lush her boundaries much further.
Yungfreckz, Wendy Fiore, and Verysallyish would be other examples where their material is pretty much the same week after week... it can get stale for some, especially if it's paid material. Whereas on the other hand, gals like PureRuby, ShiftyMine, and MadyGio have gradually pushed their material more and more risqué, to the point that the 2 of the 3 Italians are doing topless work now
