I respectfully disagree. 
“Built”, as in “built like a brick shithouse” means very curvaceous.  One would not call a flat chested woman “built” unless perhaps she had wide hips.
“Blown”, which I thought Margaret had already asked about in another thread, refers to a big chest.  As in “blown up like a balloon”.
The subjectivity really only comes into play with regards to how much a woman is built or blown.

If I did, it’s not coming to mind.  I used to use “blown” for either, but someone on the forum felt that blown fit better for a girl with implants, as she had had them blown, herself, with saline, as it were.  Even better if she had expanders.

Built - just means an amazing figure, but usually curvy (and not necessarily huge boobs or big butt - just “well put together”

Blown - means either the woman’s boobs or butt are big/curvaceous, but are usually proportionally much bigger than most women with that kind of figure
