I really don't know how much of her in this photo is really her and how much is not - it's the only good solo photo of her I've found so far.

Absolutely.  And I want to know if those are a version of those new prosthetics with cotton filling or the typical “inflation rig”.  Because, if the former, I don’t think I’ve seen them this size, yet.

On that thread a few weeks back when someone was talking about the cotton filled silicone, he said it came in sizes up to 200cm, which is like 79".  I would guess the girl pictured here is about that, wouldn't you?  These pictures certainly demonstrate how realistic they can make them.

Search for roanyer, they made/sell these prosthetics up to x-cups and the prices are a lot cheaper.
Big Baddy Bee own one of those x-cups, but in the pic above I think she has some balloons or something under her shirt because the nipples are on a different place and those x-cups are around the bust "only" 45inch.

I know of roanyer.  I was just looking for other options.  I didn't look at the price as I'm not looking to buy.  That would change if I knew of someone near me who would wear them.  But, I do think these would be easier to walk around while wearing them.  As long as the wearer had good spatial awareness.

I imagine they are much like those pretty realistic men's muscle suits I have seen advertised for $150-200 mentioned in a MSM article last week.  Considering the look in the pictures, I thought the price was reasonable, though I wonder how how hot you would be wearing something like that (temperature wise).  Of course, Mastasia like boobs is more a niche market, but it would be hard to believe a seller honestly expects to sell many with such a markup considering they require much the same construction, just with the padding difference.
