As far as I know, it was done by Bill Ward.

This goes way back! Maybe somewhere in the 1950s. Posted on November 12, 2025, Reply #1180 by solvegas. I brightened the image and adjusted the color. I also played around with the perspective to make it look like a flat image.

I wish I had your skills to fix some of my stuff, but I can find it very difficult.
