I got it on a discord, along with this one.  The guy who posted them didn't know who made them either, and these two were the first with that copy mark that any of us there had seen.  The creator is really good though, so I'm hoping more of his work shows up, and I might get an ID then.

Who is this based on?

Ironically, I was attempting different names of big bust stars to see how they would turn out. It was supposed to be Milena Velba but in the end, it turned out a bit more like Milana Vayntrub, the ATT girl. So I may decided to call her Milena kinda of my own creation at this point.
