She is definitely in Arizona. The Saguaro cactus is only naturally found in the Sonoran Desert which is located in the northern part of the Mexican state of Sonora and in the southern part of Arizona.

Well, we have some here in Vegas also, which is the Mojave Desert, but they were planted on the mansions of the Spanish Trails neighborhood, and they are not naturally from this part of the world.
