I picked the original Star Wars but my favorite trilogy is The Omen.
The first one was very good but The Omen 2 was much better because Damien finds out who he really is and starts to understand the power he has.The 3rd one was a let down but it figures that he would grow up to be a politician.
Interesting tidbit,Iron Maiden wrote the song Number of the Beast after the bass player Steve Harris watched The Omen 2.

Yea, original Star Wars for me. Although the Ewoks irritated me in Return of the Jedi. Even when I saw it opening night as a youngster I couldn't stand them.

I haven't seen The Omen part 2 and 3 for a long time. But of course he was a politician. The book of revelation says the antichrist will be one.

LOTR is amazing. I just have a hard time finding enough time to sit down and watch them due to the run time.

LotR, because it was intended to be a trilogy. Not one movie more; not one movie less. More like one movie separated into three parts.

For me, it was a toss-up between the Indiana Jones trilogy (Raiders of the Lost Ark, Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade) and the Star Wars trilogy (Episode IV: A New Hope, Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back, Episode VI: Return of the Jedi). In the end, Indy won.
