There’s another episode where Jennifer Love Hewitt is in a cutaway. I think the above Lois being held by Meg is a head swap of JLH with Meg added and the Griffin house serving as a background.

Then there was another cutaway where Lois wished something and Peter overrode her wish with one of his and he pokes out from inside her shirt and says “I wished for something else”
