In 2017, Gracie weighed 270lbs as a model but has undergone extensive surgery for her figure since then. She first received liposuction in 2018 and dropped over 100lbs. She also has had numerous butt lift surgeries to keep her curvy figure while having a much smaller waist. She has had work done on her face and lips while also having two breast implant surgeries.
