Ok.  The image to video thing is a gimick, not the best.  It sorta works, but I can't get it to do anything drastic, only subtle movement.  It brings it to life, but not to "action" so I am back to still frames for now.

So trying to make shortstack women, but so far I am making tallstack women.

What were you using for image to video?

Hunyuan Video Image 2 Video. A GGUF version that could run on my video card. I had to run it in "replace" mode because it kept changing the subject too much. So your choice is action, but nothing like the original photo, or minimal action with the original girl.
