For Flux? I have an old I7 8xxx generation (6 core) with a 3080TI with 12 GB VRAM and 32 GB of system RAM. I am running an old Chroma, v48. They have new models, Chroma1-HD and Chroma-Base, that are the next itteration, but I haven't tried them yet. I am running it through ComfyUI that I installed using the ComfyUI Easy Install, which sets it up as a portable version. All files needed to run it are downloaded and placed in the same folder, no dependencies you have to worry about. I think it uses mini conda for Python.
For WAN I am using Phroot's rapid All-In-One model. By combining the various components into a single checkpoint it saves RAM usage.

For LoRAs, I have an account with CivITAI.com. TONS of LoRAs for lots of uses. Make sure to back up any LoRAs you download and like because they do disappear off there occassionally. I had a great one for "breast gravity" when working with Pony and when I went back to download it again it was gone.
