Massively improved realism with the new setup.  Notice the shirt behaves properly, it doesn't disappear or split in two.  Her behavior is more human-like.  Her hands are normal, no extra fingers or deformed parts.  Her breasts look real, not like inflated balloons.  They squish properly.  This is the way.  I just need to get all new LoRAs that work with the high/low noise setup.
