OK, folks. Now that I have dialed this in I will write up a tutorial with links to the downloads you need. This is a two-part process requiring ComfyUI, Flux Chroma, and Wan SmoothMix GGUF. The nice thing is I think you can get Chroma to run on an 8GB video card and GGUF models have various quantization levels for smaller video cards.
Create images using Chroma, load SmoothMix and animate, Bob's your uncle. Optionally use HoneyCam if you want to change the MP4 into a WEBP to work with the forum.
Look for my tutorial soon. My output is slowing down now that the quality is where I want it. I guess it was more the challenge than anything. No more challenge, so my attention will move to something else. Not stopping, but slowing down. More people doing this means more pictures and videos overall.
