21 year old Brazilian school teacher who had an average body until January 2024 when her breasts started growing rapidly. This is all explained by her on her tiktok after one of her videos went viral, causing her to receive many questions.

She claims that she weighs 70kg (154lbs) and that 8kg (18lbs) of that is in her breasts.

Unfortunately, though she appears like she might be showing off, she says that there are no positives about her condition, that it has negatively affected her mental health and her back.

She hates that many of the clothes she likes no longer fit (bras too). She doesn’t like any of the extra attention that she gets in public where people stare at her. She claims she is waiting to get surgery.

So unless she changes her mind about any of this or her condition improves, let’s enjoy this while we have it, because we might not have it for long.

Did she say it was gestational?  While it is a shame that she is not happy about her growth, for those with gestational macromastia, often they can advance quickly to gigantomastia by encouraging milk production, the process creates a condition whereby connective (muscle like) tissue just keep multiplying.

Health problems/risks might be a common issue for deciding to get a reduction and is totally understandable.
When I am remembering correct, Margaret (and maybe others too) mentioned that it is very important to wear the right clothes to get a proper supporting and prevent back pain.
As shown in the comparison picture, she might wear some special made top/bra.
Finding no good clothes/tops and being limited due several activities might also lead to a reduction.

Growing to such sizes within 2 years might be a real challenge for her.

There are 2 years between the images I shared, but the growth only started this January, so it’s only been a 7-month growth. She still looked normal in December 2023.

7 month is even more impressive  and could really cause some panic like feelings when going so fast and not stopping.

From what I see, she lost weight on her face, legs and butt, and it was transferred to her breasts. That seems pretty good.
