I have mixed feelings on this.  While it would nice for ladies such as Vixen and Melonie not to have to suffer so much for their art by having quick and easy implants, or thirty second lip implants or whatever, the real result might be a real drag.

If any woman could easily, quickly and cheaply get any flaw fixed instantly, wouldn't it result in a whole world full of women who look close to the same?  As a male that would be a sad thing in my mind since the variety of lovely ladies is the spice of life. Societal pressures could easily result in all women having the same size boobs, the same lips, the same color hair, etc and that would be a shame.

Imagine if Vixen, looked just like Sofia, who looked just like Melonie, who looked just like etc etc etc...  I love the variety too much to want to risk giving up any of these lovely ladies.

The time will come in due course. But it will not be implants that the women will be getting/ Let me explain.

The human mind has the power to change the human body. So in time it will become common place to learn how to do this. Currently there are some who can make themselves so hard that they cannot be pierced by metal objects. Others can break wood and cinder blocks. Also walk on hot coals. Changing your own body is merely an extension of this. The big stumbling block is the belief that it can be done. Once the paradigm shift has been made to believe it can be done it will be done. I do not believe that people will conform all that much as human's have much too much individuality for that to happen to much.

Designer earrings are of course popular among those who can afford them, and designer implants might become a big thing.  In ten or twenty years the number of possible variations will likely become high.  Imagine future supermodels topless modeling designer implants, each and every pair being unique.

It is probably more likely that breast implants as we all know and love are rendered redundent and that pharmaceutical companies will compete with each other with their designer drugs, that you take a course and grow to whatever size you feel like.

I think it'll BE a combination of Jaytas and DD red shoes Ideas. Excep for the drugs being a capsule of nanobots, whom are mind controlled. So the subject can think of a size she want's to BE and the nanobots will start "building".

This reminds me of a story (and picture) criticalvolume wrote involving the use of breast implants as airbags -- replacing the conventional car devices.

To stay in the subject , i think before nanobots and genetic  manipulations will be available , we will see more "mecanic" system like implants , ok nanobot will do their job in some day or hour , but in case of genetic manipulation you will have to wait years , hopping you still have to grow ..

I hope for implants with micropump in , or with an external valve , who , with progress will be invisible , so women will have the remote control in the pocket , and sometime let their boyfriend play with it

and why not implants for more part of the body , lips (the other too ), legs  , nipples  etc etc  still bith remote control (imagine the remote , this will be a "body control center " )

Want to enter in your favorite jeans ? deflate all your legs implants , enter , and then pump them up again for fit perfectly in
