Firstly, it wasn't me who pulled the thread critical of Photoclubs, so again: get your facts straight... if there was an 'iron fist' involved, it wasn't mine (not that I agree with your characterization at all). Furthermore, in a subsequent thread, I personally and explicitly clarified that as far as I'm concerned, criticism of photographic techniques or marketing policies from a particular source is a valid topic of conversation IMO. I believe the site Owner made a similar statement, though I'm not about to go dig it up for you... you can do a search yourself.
Unmorphed Photoclubs images are not allowed to be posted here under any circumstances, so if someone attaches them in a thread, those images (and in some cases the entire thread) will be immediately removed. That's the policy of this site... if you don't like that policy you're free to say so, though I expect that your opinion won't change the policy... after all, YOU'RE not the one who receives the threatening legal notices from irate copyright holders.
Again, I wish that you'd actually READ the things you complain about BEFORE you complain about them... again, you have your facts wrong and as a result the only one who comes off poorly as a result is YOU.
To answer your question re: dancer polariod. If you own the rights to the image(s) you may post it according to the rules re: self-copyrighted content provided that doing so doesn't not violate any of the other rules listed in the thread pinned at the top of the GF. If you don't know whether you own the rights to the image or not, I certainly can't tell you.
