Hi DD! Well, you didn't specify exotic, freestyle or ballroom, so I'll relate my experience, however slightly incomplete.
Ballroom: I don't ballroom all that often, so I don't have any experience to relate after the augmentation.
Freestyle: I don't know if the new puppies made me a "better dancer," but they certainly have an effect. It was similar to getting used to them in day to day life.
Exotic: The new puppies have a direct effect on my balance, and for the moment anyway, my routine. I tend to slam into the pole with a lot of enthusiasm (even while hanging from it), and I use a fair bit of acrobatic moves in my solo stage routines. I have to tone it down a bit for the moment, for fear of rupturing an implant on impact (I'm still not completely autonomically aware of how far away my puppies are from me, and I have another "stage" or two of enlargement to go). I'm sure that I'll find new ways to use my "new improvements" to greater effect in that light...They've already had an improving effect on the customers at the club. Semi-regulars have been having me dance for them, that didn't before.
I hope this comes close to an answer that you were looking for...
