There comes a time [or size] when enough is enough...poor girl...those breasts got totally out of control, and she probably can't wait for the day when she can have them reduced.  Don't get me wrong the size is amazing, but I really think Chelsea was at her best when she came on the scene...overall proportions are just as important as BIG BOOBS!...after all is said and done, i reckon her best attribute is her sweet smile and lovely eyes...
How's that for a breast man??!

3900cc would be a reduction for Chelsea!  I'm almost that size.  She's got to be well over 5000cc now in equivalent string volume!  If 'Scarab' is referring to a new model we haven't seen yet, considering that string implants are dead due to the FDA, and that there is a limit to how far breast skin can be stretched in one surgery with bag type implants, this would mean that somewhere out there a new girl who already has 2500cc implants (about the size of Sofia Staks) has avoided drawing any attention to herself whatsoever, plus has come up with a huge amount of money to get custom made 3900cc implants in a foreign country!  'It does not compute!'

I agree with Melonie. That sounds like BS to me, too. This is obviously some perv getting his rocks off. I am not bothered by it but at least this guy should have done his homework and been more educated on this subject before trying to pose as someone. LOL!

Someone should email 'her' for some pics or ask for the URL to her site. LOL!

Maybe her current 5000 + add.3900 ? This is also an option... However, in this case I can't imagine her walking - she will need in small hand cart to support the weight of her breasts, - like some of old BE-models by Bust Artist. 3900 in string equivalent does not mean, that she'll get these 3900 right now - normally it will take her 5-7 months (or more) to get them. This person writes something about August, then CC will potentially have next BE. This is already a really strange thing. However, if well-known Kayla Kleevage (KK) also managed to get string implants, it's possible to imagine the strange sort of competition - KK is not a woman, who likes to be "second".
