This is the BEA. The "E" stands for expansion. Meaning getting bigger than what was prevouisly. Britney's breasts definately have expanded, then contracted, expanded again, and so on... somebody put the link up for that Liquid Generation cartoon, and you'll see what I mean.
Otherwise she is of interest here because she is a girl that people would like to see expand, breastually speaking.
