For what it's worth, from your description I'm not sure that your g.f. has the "perfect" physique for huge implants.

The best boob jobs are always on girls that already have something to work with. "Them that has, gets." In other words, a boob job looks much more credible on a girl who starts out with, say, C-cups, than it does on a girl with little or nothing. Why? The existing tissue -- fat, really -- helps disguise the "fakeness" of the implants. On a really lean girl, which is what you say your girlfriend is, huge implants sound like they're going to look like basketballs covered in pink Saran Wrap.

Doesn't sound good, but that's just me. Some folks like that look. Again, it's just my two cents.

Yep, to each his/her own. I like them both, but tend to prefer the fake look. And not just in the boobs.

I personally think that if implants are used that there should be a balance. I think that some fantasy should be brought into reality, but not so much that the effect is ruined. High, firm, and fairly rounded are nice, but overstretched, veiny, and with 75% of the breast below nipple (like Francine Dee, though at least they aren't too stretched and veiny) isn't the most attractive. Maybe I'm too much a fan of anime breasts. ^_-
