I saw that pic over at Joggs.  I figured it would show up on the web somewhere after Nadine mentioned that she was going to post one of her and Milena on Monday.  All I can say is, incredible!  She's almost twice the size of Nadine, and that's a pretty staggering accomplishment!  I can't wait until December, what an awesome Christmas present from Bettie.  

Hmm....I'm curious, what would happen if Milena were to get into Nadine's fenugreek stash?  It boggles the mind....

1. Nadine <25, a bit fat (sometimes) but well proportioned !

I think the key word missing in your post is ... YET. Keep the posting of pics from that coalition of boobie models and I'd suspect that will change soon too.

Harsh because it doesn't appear to even be an accidental post due to ignorance of the rules, but an intentional attempt to circumvent the rules... as if changing a couple characters of the URL would placate the copyright holder in question, who has ALREADY registered his concerns about copyright infringement of his material here at the BEA.

As for Subito's comment that only Nadine pix (and not other girls in Bettie's group) are forbidden (yet, as another user points out correctly) that is NOT necessarily the case. I have been told (and already passed along in the pinned rule threads) that the owner of ALL of those images wants NONE of them (Bettie, Milena, Dana, Leo, etc...) infringed upon at this site. The only reason that the Milena pix haven't been pulled is that:

The images posted thus far are supposedly from among the samples available at that site, and thus Imaginos MAY decide that they can be reposted here without posing TOO MUCH of a liability for the BEA, and

The condensed revised rules (including prohibitions against posting ANY/ALL Bettie content) have yet to be posted in full with Imaginos' approval, thus possibly allowing non-Nadine Bettie content to stay up for the moment.

The pressing need that some folks feel to break the rules or go right up to the edge of common sense (and beyond, when it comes to overposting of models NOT YET prohibited, and then later having the gall to complain when those models too are banned) just boggles the imagination. So many more model bans exist now than they did just one year ago... WHY? Because folks couldn't just exercise a little restraint... no, to impress others they just have to post and post and post and post dozens and dozens of images regardless of the fact that doing so is basically DARING the owners of those images to fire off nasty legal letters to the owner of this site. And to add insult to injury, said individuals even decide to use the forums for such violations (of the rules and of common sense) where the evidence of their acts lies open out in the public for anyone to see and act upon indefinitely. If they had at least the minimum of common sense to restrict such trouble-making posts to the UG/MG, the evidence of their lack-of-consideration would at least cycle OUT OF a public area, into a less-searchable archive where fewer potentially-angry copyright holders woud be likely to learn of them.

Frankly, when I see such behavior on the part of some members of our community, I'm tempted to say the hell with it and find someplace else to spend my time and effort online.    You can be sure that once Milena images are definitely included among banned photos, some of those doing the loudest complaining will be those who are among the first to break/test/tempt the rules in other areas.

It seems that we've had a rash of newbies here lately that seem to have no respect for anyone or anything at this site and are using it as their own personal playground and act as if they could care less if the longtime members here are affected or not.  

I have also seen a troubling trend towards what I perceive as a rash of [censored] posters also of late, many of whom are guilty of a majority of the infractions.  

As long as this trend continues, I'm afraid we will continue to see such inconsiderate and blatant abuses of the site's rules.

RoWe, though I hardly speak for Tugboatcap, I can only assume that his statement refers to the recent (i.e.: past six months) rash of overuse/abuse of the forums for image posts, which has in some cases resulted in the ownership of this site receiving cease-and-desist letters from various copyright holders concerned about infringement of their property. You need only examine some of the dialog in this thread and more importantly in the 'pinned' threads at the top of the general forum to bring yourself up to speed on these issues if you are so inclined.
