This is always a problem because of the shoes/stockings difference. Whoever says Laura Sands is 5'1" was using the shoes-on measurement.

I remember a tiny woman (had to be under 5 feet) being on Howard Stern back in the lqate 90's.  Her name was Sara and she was sporting a set of 38H's.  She actually took them out of her bra and Bababooey was wearing her bra as a hat.  She was all natural with heavy, dense breasts according to Stern.

Thank you, sm1tty! And I've been looking for any more footage of the second "nominee", here called Freida but also known as (IIRC) "Pretty Doll" or "Pretty Lady" or something...I remember her website declaring her Guinness record, but cannot recall the URL.

Edited to add: the second "nominee"'s other name was Princess Doll.
