Salwar Kameez.  :)
Just an FYI: a salwar kameez is the name of the outfit she is wearing, not her name.

"Shalwar kameez is a traditional combination dress worn by women, and in some regions by men, in South Asia, and Central Asia. Shalwars are trousers which are atypically wide at the waist but which narrow to a cuffed bottom. They are held up by a drawstring or elastic belt, which causes them to become pleated around the waist"

Excuse my ignorance. :P

I don't have cataracts gOOber, and she looks real to me, too.
I did an image search of the pic, and there are a lot of other people who have posted that pic as real.

I apologize in advance if I post duplicate pictures in any of the picture threads I deal in.  My MO in getting pictures of one girl is to rip her Instagram.  That ends up with me having up to 2000 pics of her.  I've tried almost half a dozen duplicate finder programs, and none of them find all of the duplicates I inevitably end up with.

You have cataracts? I've had cataracts removed from both eyes. The first time, my vision was cloudy and I didn't know why, so I made an appointment with an eye Doctor and she told me I had a cataract in my right eye and about three weeks later, I had it removed. A couple of years later, my left eye got cloudy, and I knew why, and my eye Doctor verified my observation, and I then had it removed. I still have a cataract in my right eye, but it is off to the side of the eyeball, and I was told it was ok, it wouldn't interfere with my vision.
