Its in there somewhere. On an interesting aside, back in 2001 Melanie actually subscribed to the idea of adding 5" to get the band size. Somewhere along the line (probably after a fitting) she changed her (and my) mind. Since then, I've done extensive research on my wife and have concluded that adding 5" is nonsense. It is certainly the cause of much discomfort for those women wearing a band that is too loose (because they can't find bra cups big enough).
