Don't know, but suspect it was all the above.  Justa Dream had similar implants (with 2nd boob-job) and a very short career.

One Google search later. It appears that double lumen breast implants have a high rupture rate, close to 50%.

They did make for some very "natural" looking implanted breasted though

I have always wondered if Tiffany had come along 15 years later when "just believe" became the default and there was no pics or videos or like with Julia Miles long lost until it was found TV interviews to p;rove otherwise how many people would have went to the mat claiming she was "all natural" just "because she said so"

I seem to remember that all those early 90's alliterative implant queens, the Tracis and Wendys and Tiffanys, initially pretended their breasts were natural, even though only someone who had never seen a naked natural breast would believe it. It's as if they thought the idea of implants would be a turn-off to most guys. Pretty soon denial became ridiculous and everyone got used to it. At least the look of Tiffany's excellent set made the pretense somewhat more believable than most.

Anyone who saw one of Tiffany's wild bounce-outs must have thought, "If her implants don't rupture under that kind of stress, they gotta be safe."  Guess she was in the fortunate 50%.

I'm curious if others feel the same as I do. I find women with implants to be wonderfully, amazingly, more attractive.
After all, they chose their size.
