I thought about posting this in GD, but decided to put it where it should really go.
Anyone still interested in submitting a design, you still have about three months.
The full rules are up on my site, but there are 9 entries so far. The winning suit will appear from Pulse #6 to at least Pulse #18 (probably longer).
It will be a public vote, and I will not be entering a design, or placing a vote. It will be completely up to everyone else.
