No, I understand the appeal. If you're really into her, don't forget to keep an eye on the cartoons newsgroups... there's a series of X-rated Shrek images which are beautifully done... really, they look as if they were actually rendered using the original production CG data. Of course, all the cast is involved as you might imagine. I haven't seen it in a while, but it usually pops up in the rotation every few weeks or so.

Ricky, nothing would please me more than to tell you the exact name of the NGs I used to frequent, but alas I cannot recall them exactly. Sadly, I didn't add them back to my subscribe list when I changed computers (and newsgroup readers) a few months ago, so I can't find them that way either. On my ISPs server, there are probably less than a half dozen groups that have the words 'cartoon' and 'adult' or 'erotica' both in the title... that should narrow it down somewhat.

Please send me a PM which I'll hold onto as a reminder... next time I get my older backup drive online, I will search it for 'shrek' ...it's possible that I might have saved the images... I'm not sure. But I will look.



Later: Ricky, as I'm such a fan of your work, I went on down to the garage to get the other hard disk and lo and behold, what looks like all of what I remember seeing in the NGs WAS on the disk (I downrezed the index file which is attached above). All the pix take up about 2 meg (with the new machine, I also don't yet have a compression utility to .zip or .sit them yet, so I can't combine them) which I will gladly upload to anyplace you suggest (perhaps one of our fellow BEAers will lend a bit of space somewhere so we can share them). BTW, on looking at the pix, most are not CG as I remembered, but they are artfully done.

I uploaded all the images using the upload button on the first link sheber kindly provided... I don't think they landed in the other directory... I'm not familiar with that gallery thing personally... maybe sheber or someone can tell us where the files now are and how others can get them...

You can use a binaries search site like bincrawler.com to try to find which newsgroups have stuff (mileage varies, of course).

Thanks Palomine - your extra effort paid off handsomely, and I found the files shown in your graphical index on kind sheber's second link, all nicely thumbnailed. I'm downloading (and enjoying) them as I write this.

I couldn't help but notice that two of the 'toons are by one of my favorite artists, Julius Zimmerman. His skill, prolificacy, and senses of humor and mischief constantly amaze and delight me. I'd forgotten he did two homages to our favorite princess.

BTW, Mong, sorry if we hijacked your thread and morphed it into something else. I see no one has taken you up on your challenge to give Fiona a little more oomph. Personally, I would love to. All I need is a 3D model of Cameron Diaz - oops, I mean, Princess Fiona, along with a set of silky red tresses gathered into a waist-length braid, and a charming, emerald green, form-flattering gown to match.  

In the meantime, I did a photo-morph and attached it here. I'm kinda rusty at it, so I hope it works for you.

I'm glad that you were able to get them... I wasn't quite sure where they went (not being a gallery owner myself here). I too LOVE EVERYTHING Zimmerman has ever done... from his Jessica Rabbits to his Fionas and on and on and on... magnificent!
