The server is kind of messed up at the moment, but the owner (Entar) says that it should be back up in a day or so. It's nothing really to worry about, the site had been backed up a few days ago.
I may be hosting at least one other new (non-BE) webcomic (not by me), and someone else may be drawing the next Tifa comic (the BE one).
