Glad you liked the posts, Dave.  As I said in the comment, I received them as a PowerPoint presentation by e-mail and captured them, hence the rather poor quality, pity.  I have no idea where they're from and where more are available, double pity:  no point in writing to the person who sent them to me, she (yes, she) just got them from someone else who got them from someone else....shitty pity.
