What I don't get is:
Say you are one of the most acclaimed actresses in the world, and a universally acknowledged sex goddess.
Not universally acknowledged, sadly. (See: any member of the Internet peanut gallery who ever called her "fat".)
You need to take some photos on a cell phone to excite some potential lover out there? I mean, come on! You're SCARLETT JOHANSSON!
That doesn't really mean anything. As
Rita Hayworth said "Men fell in love with Gilda, but they wake up with me." She may be a sex bomb to you, but in reality she is just a woman, and when a woman (famous, infamous, indifferent) falls in love/lust with someone, she will do things like this as a treat for the other person. (Also, as an ego boost for themselves. I know, shocking that a Hollywood actress should have ego or self-esteem problems.)
It's virtually a given these days that any photo eventually ends up on the internet. Why take any the first place?
Or more specifically, why take a photo with a camera and send it to the other party, when you can email them an encrypted copy instead? But as you say, once something is digitized, it's no trick at all to get it onto the Internet.
Yes, the alleged hackers should burn in hell, but -- who was she trying to flirt with? Why bother? I repeat, it's SCARLETT JOHANNSON. All men (and many women) would kneel in lust before her beauty. No freebies needed -- put the camera away.
See above re: image on the silver screen vs. reality, self-esteem, etc.
