Mii is bigger the Nanako. But... as somewhat outdated resource on topic says: I award her (Diane Melon from Ogenki Clinic) the title Anime Queen of Backache. Of course if was before Eiken but Eiken is not hentai, so it's unclear if you'll count it or not. Still it's quite interesting to see how Komoe from Einken (claimed to be 111cm - that's 44in) is actually in the same league as Diane Melon (claimed to be 72in) and probably bigger (depends on method of comparision).

P.S. I do not think transformed Mii from 3th OVA will count: of course there her breasts are bigger then 20 feet is size but only since Mii there are somewhat bigger then normal human:

This is the second time I've come across that game. Does anyone know where to get it? Aside from the stills shown in the previous post, all I've found is a small .avi where the girl first balloons out.

Any info on where to get the game, or where to get the animation used to get those stills, would be greatly appreciated.

Seems to me that your friend's limitation of "only hentai" is depriving the paper of worthwhile information. I mean, in my experience hentai anime in general is low budget and poor quality, and for god's sake it isn't worth doing a serious paper on. I'd probably kill myself if I had to actually do research on the 90% utter crap that is the anime hentai genre. And in any case, like any other genre of anime, in the end the genre almost always comes down to one or two groundbreaking "father" shows from which all otheres are copied and plagarised (and most done badly at that), and many of those "father" shows aren't hentai themselves.
